If additional conditions are discovered during the job that were not visible at the time of the estimate, we will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with additional work.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may accept cash, check, and major cards.

Larger projects may require a deposit. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees and reasonable collection costs as allowed by applicable law.

4. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship for a reasonable period described at the time of service. The warranty covers defects in workmanship, but it does not cover misuse, ordinary wear, third-party damage, or conditions unrelated to our work.

Manufacturer warranties for parts and equipment pass through to the customer when applicable.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed service window, though traffic, weather, or prior job delays may affect arrival times.

For non-emergency appointments, we request reasonable advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to service call charges.

6. Property Access and Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling service, you represent that you are the property owner or have authority to authorize work at the property.

You must provide safe, reasonable access to work areas and remove personal belongings when necessary before our arrival.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PedroM Plumbing Service and Solutions's total liability for claims related to our services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages except where prohibited by applicable law.

8. Website Use and Intellectual Property

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service requests. You agree not to use it for unlawful purposes or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
